The supplied scope covers loss modeling for IGBT, SiC and GaN switching devices. Device datasheets provide the starting point for extracting the power-loss characteristics used by the model.
Use the applicable operating conditions
A loss model needs a defined switching device and inverter operating context. Datasheet characteristics must be interpreted for the current, voltage and switching conditions represented by the simulation.

Incorporating both motor and inverter loss mechanisms into hardware-in-the-loop simulation. This supports system-efficiency investigation over an eVTOL flight profile or an EV driving cycle.
